Return Process

  Log into your Orb account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they remain safe during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
